I am not satisfied with this seller's correspondance at all. Usually upon placing a sell you get immediate feedback. I had to request that the seller confirm my purchase, without any response. I also have to request a tracking number to track my package, which I have yet to receive any response. It is standard customer service to send a tracking number upon shipping the item. No customer should have to feel like they are hounding the seller for responses and information that should be immediate, and without question. I do not mind waiting for anything, but expect nothing less than STANDARD customer service. I pray the product that I purchased is outstanding and speaks for itself when I do receive it. Who knows when that will be. Poor customer service
Sending me a tracking number would be great, ESPECIALLY without me having to ask for it. The Jewellasy (may not have the name exactly right) is the epitome of a great seller.
